A Red Velvet cake layered with Cream Cheese frosting & frosted in Ganache. In this cake I have chosen to depict the Ultimate Spider-Man series where the character Spidy on his Bike is riding in the city under the moonlight sky. The cityscape and Spiderman have been created in Gumpaste and handpainted in edible colors. Made for Eshaan on his 3rd birthday as requested by his parents Siji & Nimi Sundaran.
