A Vanilla Milk cake layered with seasoned fig in honey ganache, frosted in Ganache, covered in fondant. Denim, Ripped jeans, Grafitti art, Rusty chains, Bandanas have always been favorites with my husband and he left his passion for all these many years ago.On his 30th birthday, I wanted him to live through all those memories of the rugged look he loved to sport & decided to take this inspiration on his birthday cake. The Grafitti art Rose flower has been created in wafer paper.The denim appearance on the cake has been achieved with several layers and styles of painting techniques with edible paints.The Rusty chain has been handcrafted in Gumpaste and dusted in edible copper. My husband had a Happy 30th with a DIY deco setup, a creative doodle, glittery confetti, balloons, a spread of his favorite food, and most importantly his favorite people who showed so much love and made this surprise party possible and definitely a memorable one.
